Kuail Kal'tu (Qhire Khartu)
The Kuail Kal'tu (Qhire Khartu) is a light fighter manufactured by Aopoa for the exclusive use of the Xi'an military. Fast and agile, the Kal'tu has a complex array of thrusters that boost its maneuverability, allowing it to make sudden turns and dodge incoming attacks. After the dissolution of the Perry Line and the end of the Xi'an-Human Cold War, ships resembling the Kal'tu were spotted along the United Empire of Earth (UEE) border. The UEE military was unable to capture a vessel for study until SEY 2896, when a derelict, pilotless Kal'tu was located and salvaged by a Naval recon squad. After the signing of the Human-Xi'an Trade Initiative (HuXa) in SEY 2947, Aopoa debuted the Kal'tuāl (Khartu-al) light fighter in the UEE market, a variant of the Kal'tu adapted for Human use.
