Ka'ua (Hyoton IV)
Ka'ua (Hyoton IV) is the fourth planet from the sun of the Hyoton system, Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an). The heart of the Xi'an government, it is the home of the Emperor and the Imperial House's Council of Three, and is the nerve center of the Civil Service. Originally uninhabitable, it was the first world chosen to be terraformed by the Xi'an, partially due to its association with good luck and harmony in ancient Xi'an mythology. It played a vital role as a refuge for the Xi'an population when they were forced to flee their original homeworld RyiXy'an (Hyoton III) at the end of the Great Divide.
