Vanduul Clans

Vanduul Clans are groups of Vanduul who have banded together to form a single mutually-beneficial unit. Although observers have not yet fully defined the leadership structure, it is believed that Clans operate as a martial meritocracy that shares some similarities with a military unit. The primary goal for most Clans encountered in Human-settled space seems to be the collection of resources through raids on settlements and other Clans. Uncommonly powerful clans may possess a capital-class vessel such as the UEE designated "Kingship."
