Hosanna Tree
The hosanna tree is a genetically modified plant derived from the flowering dogwood and the taverbark pine. Created by Crusader Industries for the platform-based city of Orison on Crusader (Stanton II), the trees were designed with strong roots and flexible branches to tolerate high winds and given leaves that could thrive in a low-humidity environment. The tree's delicately-scented pink flowers have become a symbol of Orison and are often featured in promotional images of the city.
