How to read this

Odds per run

A mission that awards blueprints deals one from its reward pool each time you finish it. A pool of 7 means each run hands you one of those 7, so the one you want is 1 in 7. Smaller pools, better odds. Some missions roll two pools; each roll counts. "Runs for 90%" is how many clears give you a 9-in-10 shot at seeing it at least once.

Rank needed

Your standing with the mission's giver, in the part of their business it belongs to (Hauling for Covalex, Bounty Hunting for the Guild), before it shows up on your board. Starter means no rep needed. The number after it is the rep that rank starts at.

Finish first

Missions you must have completed before this one appears. Where a line lists several, any one of them will do. Some chains need several in a row, like the Bounty Hunters Guild certifications.

Where

The star systems, and the planets and moons it's offered around. "From its name" means the files don't say, so we read the system off the mission's internal name. Missions listed once per region or variant with the same title, giver, rank and rewards are shown once.

Straight from the game files: build 4.10.2-LIVE.12881860, datamined by the Star Citizen Wiki. That's what the files say, not what players have seen: a mission in the files isn't guaranteed to be on the board this patch. Missions marked unreleased or work in progress are left out. Odds assume every pool entry is equally likely. Blueprints with no mission may come from somewhere the files don't show, or not be in the game yet.
